Quality control at Unipak begins with the receipt of your materials at our dock and continues through completion of the project. Each product will be subjected to detailed quality control testing for ISO 9000 compliance. Production samples are pulled and tested for accuracy of measure, coding and conformity. Specification sheets are prepared, and all data is recorded for customer inspection.
We ensure that your order is handled quickly and accurately:
- Raw materials are inspected in our on-site laboratory
- Wet chemical analysis testing performed by a qualified laboratory technician
- Finished products are tested to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Quality personnel inspect, weigh and perform audits on all finished goods.
